PROCESSING TIME

Orders placed before 4pm will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed during the weekend will ship out Monday afternoon. We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our domestic or international shipping options, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated time frame.

TRACKING MY ORDER

An email confirmation will be sent including the tracking information for the order placed. Please refer to this email to follow up on tracking information.

TAXES

All taxes are included in our pricing.

ORDERS

MAKING CHANGES TO AN ORDER

Unfortunately, we are not able to change out the items in an order once the order has been placed. We can however cancel an order at any point before it ships out. You can then place a new order for the correct product. To cancel an item you can contact our customer service team with your request.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

We recommend you cancel your order online. You may also cancel your order by contacting customer service, but due to time differences, we cannot guarantee customer service will receive your request before the order ships.

PAYMENT

CREDIT CARDS & PAYPAL

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and JCB. Note, cards issued by local banks which do not carry one of the below logos will not be accepted by our global processing service, in which case we recommend PayPal as an alternative.

Use any payment method on the growing list of ways to fund a PayPal account in your country. Once you have funded your PayPal account, you can use our single-click PayPal express feature to speed through checkout.

STORE CREDIT AND GIFT CERTIFICATES

Of course, you can also use store credit or a gift certificate / gift code. Each gift certificate carries a gift code you can easily enter when completing checkout. They NEVER expire and may be combined with promotions and rebates.

PAYMENT SECURITY

All transactions submitted to us are encrypted with 128 SSL software which encrypts information you input to protect it from interception by outside parties. Gear Relapse is committed to maintaining the highest levels of security and protection against fraud.

We stay up-to-date with the latest in security technologies to ensure that your credit card information, contact information and shipping/billing information are confidential and safe.

ORDER VERIFICATION

Orders may be subject to payment verification. For the protection of our customers, we want to ensure that every order that we ship out was authorized by the cardholder. If your order is placed on hold, we will reach out to you right away to ensure that the delays are minimal.

CURRENCY

All items are priced and charged in US dollars at checkout. We recommend contacting your bank to find out their current currency exchange rate and their currency policy.

AUTHENTICITY

All of our designer handbags, accessories and clothing are 100% authentic and purchased directly from a designer house supplier or merchandise distributor. All of our merchandise goes through a strict inspection process before being mailed to the customer. Handbag orders include original dust cover and/or designer box, authenticity cards and tags.

RETURN & EXCHANGES

LUXURY HANDBAGS

Due to the nature of limited products ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Please feel free to email or call us with any questions about our products before making your purchase. Gear Relapse guarantees authenticity of all our items or your money back. We stand behind all of our merchandise and if there are any authenticity concerns, you have 24 hours from receipt of your product to address any concerns for a refund.

CLOTHING & ACCESSORIES POLICY

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. 

Items purchased from Gear Relapse are eligible for a full refund or exchange if returned within 30 days of purchase.

A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

For US customers, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided at no charge to return your merchandise (free shipping both ways).

PROCESSING RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Luxury goods such as handbags. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & ORDERS

SHIPPING

Shipping rates are calculated by item weight. All packages will be mailed USPS First Class International. Using First Class Mail International, deliveries generally take between 7–21 days to arrive, although the USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times. Mail may travel to its destination by ground, air or a combination of both.

We recommend you cancel your order online. You may also cancel your order by contacting customer service, but due to time differences, we cannot guarantee customer service will receive your request before the order ships.

DUTIES & TAXES

Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

Gear Relapse currently is able to accept returns from the US, Canada, EU and China. Orders from other countries are final sale. Regardless of your shipment country, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you may be eligible for a return. Contact International Customer support (cs@gearrelapse.com). If your item is eligible, you will be emailed a packing slip to include in the package. Customers bear the shipping costs associated with the return. When received, we will provide you a refund of the original merchandise price and any duties and taxes associated with the return.

CANADA RETURN POLICY

Gear Relapse is able to take returns on select items under $150 USD. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the item's shipment from Gear Relapse distribution center.

EU RETURN POLICY

If shipped to the EU, items are returnable for up to 14 days after delivery. Customers can use their own shipper to return their goods and will be refunded for all payments made less the original shipping.

CHINA RETURN POLICY

If shipped to China, items are returnable for up to 7 days after delivery. Customers will be refunded for all payments made less the direct costs of returning the good(s). Chinese customers should look at their order history to determine if an item is returnable.
